Women often feel ignored during sex when their partner does not pay enough attention towards their likes and dislikes. There are several men who only focus on their climax and do not ask a woman about her preferences. This can be very frustrating for a woman. To have a healthy sex life a man should think about the womans satisfaction too and should ask her about what she likes and what she doesnt like. Men should be able to make their woman happy and should equally focus on making them orgasm as well. This will not only make the woman happy but it will also in turn excite them.
Sex tips
Most men do not really know about the different ways in which they can provide sexual satisfaction to a woman and can make her orgasm in an easy yet effective way. Given below are a few tips for men:
Most men tend to maintain a steady speed during foreplay and later even during sex. Maintaining a steady speed is not really a good move for either a man or a woman. When you start with the foreplay it is always advisable to go slow. Even during sex, always start slow. Gently build up the speed when you think the woman is turned on and the time is right. This always arouses a woman. Also, men must remember that woman take longer in order to get aroused so they should be patient.
An important thing to remember is that a man should explore a womans entire body and not just focus on the breasts and the vagina. The other parts of the body should be stimulated and worked upon before even reaching the vagina. Focus on areas like the back of the neck, waist, face, hands, knees etc.
Always be relaxed during sex. When you are stressed neither would you be able to enjoy yourself nor would your partner enjoy. For a woman, climax is only possible when she is completely comfortable and relaxed.
Very woman is made in a different way. There are a few women who can orgasm through clitoris stimulation while others orgasm through penetration. Several other women orgasm when their G-spot is stimulated. A man should know what works for his partner. It is always better to ask the woman about what works for her if you are unsure of it.
Use your hands and your tongue to stimulate the hot spots of a woman and you could even try sex toys like vibrators to do that. There are several sex toys which are especially made for helping women reach orgasm like anal beads and orgasm balls. Use these toys during the foreplay to increase the arousal and excitement level of your partner.
Women need to be satisfied in sex just as much as men do. Those men who pay enough attention to the satisfaction level and to the likes and dislikes of their partner will always have a more stimulating and satisfying sex life.

Adult Riding Advice
By Annette Willson
Horse riding is sport for both sexes and all age groups. Men and women compete side by side in all horse riding competitions at all levels including the Olympics Age is not a factor for competitors either. Adult Riding coaching are a must though. Young up and coming riders compete against the older skilled riders. Adults taking up riding do have the opportunity to aim for this high standard. There are disadvantages for the adult rider taking up riding at an older age. Riding is great for fun, fitness, socializing and posture It does cost a lot of time and money but it is a sport so worth it.
Adult Riders tend to have a number of problems, mostly due to their age. Adult riding can have its problems. Solve these problems and life is easy
Fear of falling and having an injury can inhibit a person from achieving better skills.
Posture problems for example round shoulders and tight hips will interfere with the feel of the horse.
Pain in body parts, due to injury or degenerative disease inhibits the postural s from becoming strong. Pain will stop the deep core area becoming strong
Old or current injuries play havoc on attention
Stiffness in a persons spine will prevent them from moving easily with the horse
Habits we form in movement patterns can cause the posture to alter in the saddle, for example a head tilt will alter the riding posture
Adult riders are very one sided, we have had more time to become like this. Less time due to work can interfere with proper training Adult Riders have more money though to spend on coaching.
These problems are only problems if not addressed.
Many adult riders have had a passion to learn to ride since they where small. The sport has grown and many people have developed a passion watching it grow Some are just plain horse lovers at heart.
I have been riding since I could walk and certainly recommend it to anyone I have been lucky enough to live on my results as a successful competitor and trainer. I have trained numerous adult riders both learners and experienced and love seeing the success
My tips for adult riding are to get a good start with excellent basics. It is vital to follow those who have knowledge
As a physiotherapist I am a advocate teacher of good posture and deep core strength Strong tummy is the most important schooling for adult riding and a rider can start to get the best grounding for riding. A strong core and riding posture will give the adult riding position strength, and hence the confidence to learn the movement patterns required for riding. Riding needs good symmetry, flexibility and muscle control These features can be trained on the floor and the physio ball. I strongly recommend the Applied Posture Riding program for a new adult rider to follow, in conjunction with a good on the ground riding instructor.
If and adult rider is able to learn riding from the start rather than just get on and feel the insecurity then they will not be deterred with fearBack pain must be controlled or it will stop a rider being in tune with the horse The horse then resists and stiffens up. The end result is a battle. This can be prevented if riders learn riding and the movement patterns on the ground.
By listening to the signals in your own body and being able to train these individual problems the adult rider will succeed quicker and with more fun.
By following a simple exercise program designed by a physiotherapist and elite rider the horse rider is far more likely to achieve their goals. Good luck to you all.
